When will I receive my tickets?

Production Time:

“Design It Yourself” tickets – Orders received by MIDNIGHT (Eastern Standard Time) for quantities up to 5,000 tickets will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY (excluding weekends and holidays). Larger size tickets, larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take additional time. Please contact us if your order is urgent or if you need faster turnaround on a larger order.

“We Design It For You” tickets – You will receive an emailed proof the same day or next day after your order is received (excluding weekends and holidays). Once we receive your approval to print, orders of up to 5,000 tickets will be shipped the following business day. Larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take an additional time. Please contact us if your order is urgent or if you need faster turnaround on a larger order.

NEED A RUSH? If you’ve just placed an order and need same-day production, please email or call us. If we have space in our production schedule, we’re happy to rush your order forward, and there’s no additional charge for rush production if we’re able to do so!

Shipping Time:

Free Shipping – Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, though some larger/heavier orders may be shipped via UPS. Delivery on most orders is estimated at two to four business days. USPS does experience frequent delays, and their delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

UPS Ground – UPS is typically much more reliable than USPS.  These orders ship from Brodheadsville, PA 18322.  Click Here to view the UPS time-in-transit map to estimate your shipping time. Please note that our discounted UPS Ground rate is only valid for the continental USA.

UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day – For most orders, pricing for these options will be visible at checkout.

Saturday Delivery – UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipments can sometimes be upgraded to Saturday Delivery for an additional charge (typically $20). Please contact us if this upgrade is needed.

Problems With USPS Delivery:

USPS shipping can sometimes run especially slow, and we’ve seen some orders take a week or more to arrive.  Please keep in mind that USPS delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED, and consider upgrading your shipment if your order is time-sensitive.

While we make every effort to produce orders as efficiently and quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for production or shipping delays beyond our control.  At this time, neither USPS or UPS guarantee most delivery times. The exception to this is UPS Next Day Air.
