When will I receive my tickets?

Production Time:

Design It Yourself tickets – Orders received by 4:00 pm EST for quantities up to 5,000 Regular size tickets will ship the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Larger size tickets, larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take an additional day. Please contact us if clarification is needed.

We Design It For You tickets – You will receive an emailed proof the same day or next day after your order is received (excluding weekends and holidays). If an approved proof is received by 4:00pm EST for orders up to 5,000 Regular size tickets, the order will ship the following business day. Large size tickets, larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take an additional day. Please contact us if clarification is needed.

Shipping Time:

Free Shipping – Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, though some larger/heavier orders may be shipped via UPS. Delivery on most orders is estimated at two to four business days. USPS does experience frequent delays, and their delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

UPS Ground – UPS is typically much more reliable than USPS.  These orders ship from Brodheadsville, PA 18322.  Click Here to view the UPS time-in-transit map to estimate your shipping time. Please note that our discounted UPS rate is only valid for the continental USA.

UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day – For most orders, pricing for these options will be visible at checkout.

Saturday Delivery – UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipments can be upgraded to Saturday Delivery for an additional charge (typically $10 or less). Please place your order for UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air and then contact us to request an upgrade.

Problems With USPS Delivery:

USPS Priority Mail has been running especially slow this year, and we’ve seen some orders take a week or more to arrive.  While USPS delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED, we want to make every effort to get your tickets to you when you need them.  If your order has shipped via USPS and is delayed, please contact us.  As a courtesy during December 2020, we will reprint your order for free if you will cover the cost of UPS shipping (ground or expedited). Please note that NO CHANGES may be made to reprinted orders.

While we make every effort to produce orders as efficiently and quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for production or shipping delays beyond our control.  At this time, neither USPS or UPS guarantee most delivery times.
