Ordering Overview
We now offer two methods of ordering your raffle tickets.
Design It Yourself tickets offers you the opportunity to save time and money on your order. Enter your ticket information, choose the size and fonts to be used and view the proof immediately online. Your can even print a proof of your ticket. Complete the order form and make your payment and your order will ship the next business day.
We Design It For You is the method of ordering we have been using for years. You simply fill in and submit your ticket information. We will prepare a proof for your approval and email it to you within about 24 hours. Your order will ship the following business day after we receive your proof approval.
Production times shown exclude weekends and holidays.
Can I have a logo printed on my ticket?
Logos may be added for We Design It For You ticket orders. Artwork files may be added to your order form. Artwork should be black and white for best reproduction and in either pdf, tif or jpg file format.
Can I have printing on the back of the tickets?
Of course! Simply select a 2-sided order form.
What Number will the tickets start at?
It is suggested that you start at number 1. We can start at “convenient” numbers (such as 101, or 1001). If your drawing is based on a daily lottery having 3 or 4 numbers, your tickets will be numbered 000-999 or 0000-9999. (There is no additional charge for lottery numbering.)
Can you staple my tickets into books?
We can staple or glue tickets into books of 5, 6, 10, 12, 20, 25, 50, or 100. You can view the available options and pricing on any of our standard order forms. Gluing or stapling is always done on the left (stub) side.
Can I order additional tickets?
Absolutely. We strongly suggest you order a sufficient supply on your initial order because a repeat order is charged the same as a new order. Ordering a little more now could save you money later if you find you need more tickets.
Are raffle tickets legal in my area?
You should check with your state and local government in regard to holding a raffle in your area. Your local municipality or state Attorney General office can usually help you with laws and regulations. Please keep in mind that we are printers, not lawyers and it is your responsibility to adhere to legality issues.
Will I receive the exact quantity that I have ordered?
Most orders are filled at the exact quantity ordered. We do not overrun orders in order to prevent duplicate winning numbers being sold, and to comply with state gaming regulations.
In some rare cases, a small number of tickets may be missing or damaged in production. Underruns of 3% or less, while extremely rare, are considered acceptable and will not be credited or reprinted.
If your order requires exact quantity, you must notify us at the time your order is placed.
Cancellations
For Design It Yourself orders, because of the speed in processing orders, cancellations are not possible. There will be a Design-Only charge for orders cancelled after typesetting has been done, but before the proof has been approved. No cancellations are possible after the proof is approved.
Returns/Refunds
As each order we produce is custom-printed, we do not offer returns of any kind.
What if there is an error on my job?
We require an approved proof, either on our website or by email, before we proceed with printing any job. Once you have given your approval, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in the design.
However, if we make an error in printing your ticket, you can be 100% sure that we’ll make it right!
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share or sell your email or any other information with unrelated third parties. We do share your information with companies that assist us in serving you (for instance, our design, shipping, and online review platforms).
