Can I return my tickets for a refund?

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:

If there is a problem with your order due to a mistake that we made, returns are permitted within 30 days of the delivery date.  Alternatively, we may also provide a reprinted order or a full/partial refund if this is acceptable.

As each order we produce is custom-printed, we do not offer returns for reasons other than a mistake made by our team.  We also do not permit exchanges.
