How Fast Can I Get My Raffle Tickets?
(It’s definitely our most common question)
Part #1 – How quickly will we produce your order?
For Design-It-Yourself orders of 5,000 tickets or less:

We will ALWAYS do our best to ship your order when needed, and we NEVER charge rush fees.
We would rather work hard to ship your order sooner, than to see you pay an expensive rush shipping charge.
Part #2 – How long will your shipment take to arrive?
Free Shipping
- With this option, we will ship your order via the cheapest method – typically USPS First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail.
- USPS does not have set transit/delivery times.
- Most shipments are delivered within 2-5 business days, but this can vary from one order to the next.
- USPS does experience delays and does not guarantee a specific delivery timeline.
- We do not recommend this option for any order that is urgent.
UPS Ground
- UPS is much more reliable than USPS.
- We charge a flat $6 fee to upgrade your shipment to UPS Ground

- CLICK HERE for the UPS Time & Cost Tool. Be sure to enter 18360 as the “ship from” ZIP code, and to select the day that your order will actually ship.
- UPS Ground is NOT a guaranteed service, but 99% of UPS ground shipments are delivered on time.
- UPS only delivers Monday – Friday by default.
UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air
- These upgraded services are faster, but also come at a higher cost.
- UPS only delivers Monday – Friday by default.
- Saturday Delivery is available in some cases for an additional charge. Please CONTACT US if this is an option you need.
- Check the UPS transit times map before upgrading your shipment. We’re located in PA, and we’re always amused when we see customers who are only a 1-day ship from us via UPS Ground paying for Next Day Air.
- 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air are NOT guaranteed services, but 99% of UPS ground shipments are delivered on time.
- Next Day Air is a guaranteed service from UPS. If your shipment is not delivered the next business day, UPS will refund the amount paid for shipping (but not the cost of the order).
